Book Appointment

Both Kitty and Michele charge $150 per hour (AUD, inclusive of GST) and are qualified social workers. Fees can be discussed if you are interested in booking 5 sessions or more.

If you are in receipt of a Centrelink, or equivalent, income support payment, we have reduced rates of $100 per hour (AUD, inclusive of GST).

These fees may not apply if you have approved counselling under Victims of Crime in NSW or you have a self-managed NDIS package where you have counselling as part of your package. These fees may be paid either by NSW Victims Services or NDIS. If you want to book an appointment using your NDIS funding, please contact Michele or Kitty directly to book the appointment, as there is no pre-payment.

Michele currently provides sessions online, via phone, or email and is located in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Michele will have a counselling office available one day a week in Canberra from 7 May 2025 for face-to-face appointments.

Kitty provides sessions online or face to face and her office is located in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.

Please note that a Mental Health Plan from your doctor is not required.

Victims of Crime NSW

If you are a victim of crime in NSW and have approved counselling you are able to book with either Michele or Kitty as they are both approved counsellors under the NSW Victims Services Approved Counselling Service.

For your initial session under the Victims Services scheme please book an appointment at least a week ahead as Victims Services need to approve your initial session prior to attending. Subsequent sessions can be booked any time there is an available appointment, no approval is required. All payments for these sessions will be paid by Victims Services, so please choose the Victims Services appointment types when booking, as no pre-payment is required.

Emotion Code clearing sessions

Michele also offers four Emotion Code clearing sessions via email for existing clients, who have already had an initial consultation with Michele. Each Emotion Code clearing can release a maximum of ten emotions at a time, with a minimum of a day’s break in-between each clearing. The results will be emailed to the client the same day of the clearing. Discussions around the clearing results, emotional patterns and linkages can be discussed at a future online appointment.

Michele charges $150 per hour (AUD, inclusive of GST) for four Emotion Code Clearing sessions via email. If you are in receipt of a Centrelink, or equivalent, income support payment, Michele offers reduced rates of $100 (AUD, inclusive of GST) for four Emotion Code Clearing sessions via email.

Chromotherapy Card Readings

Michele offers Chromotherapy card readings via email for a 30 day period. Thirty days is typically enough time to create an energy shift within your body. Michele will intuitively draw a card a day for 30 days for a client and will email a photo of the card and the meaning each day. These 30 day card readings are $150 (AUD, inclusive of GST). If you would like a 7 day chromotherapy card reading it will be $40 (AUD, inclusive of GST). Payments and Appointment Availability

All payments are collected securely at the time of online booking through STRIPE. If you would like to pay for your appointment on the day please contact Michele or Kitty to make alternative arrangements and book your appointment.

Michele and Kitty welcome clients globally online but due to insurance restrictions are unable to provide services to clients residing in the United States of America and Canada.

Please note all session times are listed in Australian time zones. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) is in use from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April during Daylight Saving Time (DST). Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) is used during the remainder of the year. If you are outside this time zone, please ensure you are able to attend the appointment in the converted time in the state or country you are residing in.

If you are interested in an appointment at a day or time that is currently not showing up in the calendar please contact your preferred practitioner, Michele or Kitty to discuss if alternative arrangements can be made.

Cancellation policy

We require all clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.

We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Alternatively, we will offer one free appointment upon rescheduling. The free session will need to be scheduled within 14 days of the cancellation.

Should we need to reschedule with less than 24-hours’ notice, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking or a full refund if desired.
