Book Appointment

Both Kitty and Michele charge $160 per hour (AUD, inclusive of GST) and are qualified social workers. Fees can be discussed if you are interested in booking 5 sessions or more. All payments are collected securely at the time of online booking through STRIPE. If you would like to pay for your appointment on the day please contact Michele or Kitty to make alternative arrangements and book your appointment.

Michele currently only provides sessions online and is located in Canberra, Australia.

Kitty provides sessions online or face to face and her office is located in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.

Michele and Kitty welcome clients globally online but due to insurance restrictions are unable to provide services to clients residing in the United States of America and Canada.

Please note all session times are listed in Australian time zones. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) is in use from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April during Daylight Saving Time (DST). Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) is used during the remainder of the year. If you are outside this time zone, please ensure you are able to attend the appointment in the converted time in the state or country you are residing in.

If you are interested in an appointment at a day or time that is currently not showing up in the calendar please contact your preferred practitioner, Michele or Kitty to discuss if alternative arrangements can be made. to discuss any other availability.

Cancellation policy
We require all clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.

We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances.Alternatively, we will offer one free appointment upon rescheduling. The free session will need to be scheduled within 14 days of the cancellation.

Should we need to reschedule with less than 24-hours’ notice, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking or a full refund if desired.
