Session Fees and Booking

Michele charges $150 per hour (AUD, inclusive of GST) and is a qualified social worker. If you have a low income, please reach out to Michele to discuss the possibility of a reduced rate.

If you are in receipt of a Centrelink, or equivalent, income support payment, we have reduced rates of $100 per hour (AUD, inclusive of GST).

Please note, if you are requiring case management services, that require support letters, emails, or coordination/advocacy for services outside of your appointment time, you will be sent a weekly invoice for the time spent providing these services.

These fees may not apply if you have approved counselling under Victims of Crime in NSW or you have a self-managed NDIS package where you have counselling as part of your package. These fees may be paid either by NSW Victims Services or NDIS. If you want to book an appointment using your NDIS funding, please contact Michele directly to book the appointment, as there is no pre-payment.

Please note that a Mental Health Plan or a referral from your doctor is not required unless you are a Department of Veterans Affairs client.

Location

Michele currently provides sessions in person, online, via phone, or email and is located in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

Michele has a counselling office available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Erindale Chambers, Unit 1, 5 Grattan Court, Wanniassa, Australian Capital Territory, for face-to-face appointments. Erindale Chambers is located in the back parking area of Erindale shopping centre.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

We welcome DVA clients, DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon receipt of a doctor or a treating medical specialist referral. Michele is registered with DVA to provide social work services.

Victims of Crime NSW

If you are a victim of crime in NSW and have approved counselling you are able to book with Michele as she is an approved counsellor under the NSW Victims Services Approved Counselling Service.

For your initial session under the Victims Services scheme please book an appointment at least a week ahead as Victims Services need to approve your initial session prior to attending. Subsequent sessions can be booked any time there is an available appointment, no approval is required. All payments for these sessions will be paid by Victims Services, so please choose the Victims Services appointment types when booking, as no pre-payment is required.

Emotion Code clearing sessions

Michele offers Emotion Code clearing sessions for new clients either online or face to face. When booking just select either the face to face or online social work or holistic services appointment and advise Michele at the time of the appointment that you would like Emotion Code clearing.

Michele offers Emotion Code clearing sessions via email for existing clients, who have already had an initial consultation with Michele. Each Emotion Code clearing can release a maximum of ten emotions at a time, with a minimum of three day’s break in-between each clearing. The results will be emailed to the client the same day of the clearing. Discussions around the clearing results, emotional patterns and linkages can be discussed at a future online or face to face appointment.

Body Code clearing sessions

Michele offers Body Code clearing sessions for new clients either online or face to face. When booking just select either the face to face or online social work or holistic services appointment and advise Michele at the time of the appointment that you would like Body Code clearing.

Each Body Code clearing needs a minimum of three days break in-between each clearing. The results will be emailed to the client the same day of the clearing. Discussions around the clearing results and linkages can be discussed at a future online or face to face appointment.

Payments and Appointment Availability

All payments are collected securely at the time of online booking through STRIPE (excluding those clients who are covered under NSW Victims Services, DVA, or NDIS). If you would like to pay for your appointment on the day please contact Michele to make alternative arrangements and book your appointment.

Michele welcomes clients globally online but due to insurance restrictions is unable to provide services to clients residing in the United States of America and Canada.

Please note all session times are listed in Australian time zones.  Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) is in use from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April during Daylight Saving Time (DST). Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) is used during the remainder of the year. If you are outside this time zone, please ensure you are able to attend the appointment in the converted time in the state or country you are residing in.
