Michele’s passion is looking at a person’s wellbeing through a holistic lens, with Energy Psychology as a main practice. Various techniques can be used depending on the person’s needs, with an integrated and eclectic approach. There is no need to discuss past experiences in any detail in a session, with all practice having a trauma informed lens.
Energy psychology is a subset of holistic approaches that integrates psychological principles with the concept of energy systems in the body. It focuses on the idea that emotional and psychological issues can be linked to disruptions in the body’s energy flow. Michele blends holistic counselling with energy psychology techniques (intuitive healing and the Emotion Code), using both psychological insights and energy-based methods to facilitate healing and personal growth.
The Emotion Code is a form of Energy Psychology and is not meant to treat disease. Instead, it is used to remove the underlying imbalances caused by trapped emotions in the body, allowing the body to be in the best place to be able to heal itself. The medical community treats diseases, Michele can assist you to remove imbalances which have potentially caused you issues that may lead to future or current health worries. Intuitive healing and the Emotion Code allows you to connect to your body through the subconscious mind, removing the programming and stuck emotions to help you become light and balanced. Intuitive Healing is another form of Energy Psychology that can help you unblock energy fields in your body, through varying techniques, including cleansing your chakras and aura.
Michele’s goal is to assist you to be the best version of yourself you can be, all that is required from you is faith in yourself and the process, motivation for positive change and the willingness to participate. Michele’s intention in her sessions is to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can connect and allow your body to release what it wants to in that moment.
What is the issue that is bothering you the most? What would your goals be? Are you ready to release what’s no longer serving you? Do you want to create a positive change in your life? Michele has shared a little more about herself below, and if who she is and what she does resonates with you, contact Michele and we can work towards it together.
