By safely releasing them, many people report feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced.
The Body Code expands on this work by looking at a broader range of imbalances within the body’s systems. This may include emotional, energetic, nutritional, structural, or even environmental factors that are contributing to ongoing challenges. The Body Code works to restore balance by addressing these root causes, rather than just managing symptoms.

Both the Emotion Code and Body Code work within the body’s energy field, which is not limited by physical distance. Practitioners connect with your energy through focused intention and established techniques, meaning sessions conducted online can achieve the same outcomes as those held face-to-face. In fact, many clients appreciate the comfort and convenience of receiving sessions from their own home, where they may feel more relaxed and open.
